  After finding my 5 month old puppy lame on his hind leg I took him to Buckley House Vets in Hucknall (sister practice - I believe). They were amazing, caring and knowledgeable, despite East Midlands Referrals being very busy they got Jack in for Surgery within three days. On arrival EM Referrals were equally as fantastic. They had patience, tact and empathy. Graham the surgeon was a very knowledgeable and a likable chap. He took Jack off to his kennel before thoroughly explaining the procedure. After the procedure Graham talked me through what had happened during surgery, showed me the x rays and provided me with a disc of before and after images. Quite amazing!
  
  All in all I think I have been given 5 star service and would recommend East Midlands Referrals to anyone.

  I can't begin to express my gratitude to Graham and his team at East Midlands Referrals. Our dog was in total agony when he was referred to Graham, he quickly diagnosed the problem and performed a very tricky emergency spinal operation. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly and the level of care and attention my dog received by Graham and follow up care at Buckley House was second to none. Amazing service and I would highly recommend their services.

  Its been a year now since Graham reconstituted our 11 year old Patterdale cross girl. She went under the front AND back wheel of a Land Rover. Not a good prognosis as her pelvis was shattered, one leg was attached by skin!!! and nothing else. Our fabulous vet in Derby- Abdul at Blagreaves Vet Practice recommended Graham. We never looked back. A year on that beautiful dog of ours is as energetic as she ever was, She has had a change of personality as if she is "grateful" for her outcome. We are sure that she is. We certainly are. Graham needs to be the man on Supervet!!!
