  Oh My God. What a completely selfish and uncompassionate man this Chris Ellis is. I like writing reviews, if only to make an honest statement of the service that I have received from a company. I’ve used Marshalls Castles for all my castle bookings over the last three years and never had a single problem with them.
  What upsets me more is the fact that they had been broken in to, a number of the castles stolen, they had to contact those who had bookings for those castles and try to re-allocate the remaining castles, yet still managed to get bookings out.. let alone have to deal with the police etc.
  My castle was collected just after Chris Ellis, the driver was clearly upset by the way he had been treated and spoken to.
  If I was Marshalls Castles I would be pleased to know the Chris wouldn’t be booking with them again… who needs idiots like him as their customer!
  Well done Marshalls Castles, my kids had a fab time on Saturday and we received outstanding service.
